A big part of growing up is finding out the majority of your family are terrible people

I'm not gonna get personal on here but in the last few years I've been having the adults in my family share a lot about their backstory and other's history. I guess it's because they see me as mature enough now to tell me all these things.

But damn hearing all the things I've been told, I feel way better about myself and don't feel so bad because ts is really generational trauma and suffering. No wonder things are the way they are.
