You go into snapchat with wifi/cellular on, go into snap and let the video load. Then, you turn off wifi and data and turn on airplane mode. Save the video then without turning off airplane mode, you delete snapchat. Then shut down your phone completely and restart it, wifi and data can now be turned back on forever. Redownload snapchat, log in and you’re good
