Get a brain MRI scan, it doesn't pop up out of nowhere, a blood vessel bulges like a balloon and can break in certain conditions, if you have any they can be treated.

I got a ct scan with contrast and a brain mri last week because I gave myself a concussion bonesmashing, they say there is no bleeding or any vascular issues. Must have mean they checked for aneurysm and I'm in the clear?
