i mean hes physically dimorphic but hes very feminine facially, also visibly lacks harmony and misc
notice how in this picture most of his face is covered, he looks masculine because his height and frame are emphasized over his face in this image
he cant really be above htn
and realistically a woman could get away with his exact face
