Its insane how 90% of this forum will claim diet is cope while eating like shit. just cause chad can eat like shit doesn't mean you can. A proper diet will allow every bone in your body to grow. that includes your legs, face, clavicles and spine. Your diet is more than just macronutrients (carbs proteins fats) or micronutrients (vitamins, minerals). Theres things a pill cant replace.
Heres what changing just my diet did for me. If you're gonna say "muh genetics" I dont have a singular attractive relative and I only noticed a change after I changed my diet.
This isnt a 1 month thing. you need to start early, the earlier the better. I started when I was 15, IF YOURE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 COMPLAINING ABOUT GENETICS AND EAT SKITTLES WHILE GUZZLING DOWN SEED OILS YOU NEED TO ROPE TODAY.
Part 1 - The Base
Every meal should revolve around
Option 1 - raw or undercooked meat (sea food, cow, sheep, goat, pig) preferably switch between muscle meat and organs depending on what you want that day your body will intuitively be able to tell which nutrients you need
Option 2 - raw or undercooked egg yolk + undercooked egg white
eat these 2 options completely based on intuition. have them in abundance. when you feel hungry choose whatever you want wether its 400g of beef liver or some soft boiled eggs
in terms of sourcing meat needs to be grass fed grass finished and ideally something of high quality. Search hard and you will find what youre looking for. Eggs need to be free range and pasture raised.
Part 2 - Dairy
Ideally diary should be completely unheated and unhomogenised but this part is optional, I understand its not possible to get raw milk everywhere because of ****. If you are getting an incredible range of organs you wont need this however I love dairy wether its milk, butter, yogurt, kefir, cheese. If you are an adult I would recommend keeping it under a liter but as a teen anything under a liter of dairy is like begging to be short. pro tip the best milk comes from a goat.
Part 3 - Energy
Fruits are great however you need to be careful of over consuming these if you have a sweet tooth. Ive often found that over consuming fruits leads to under consuming meat. we naturally like fruits because their sweetness is scarce. Honey goes well with dairy, eat as much as you want, make sure its raw. clean fruits well
with a diet like this there is no such thing as bulking or cutting. if you are fat your body will natural regulate appetite and lose weight assuming you are active
if you have some sort of appetite issue and you cant eat i recommend drinking more milk (3L+)
if you have to lose weight, eat 400-500 of grams of meat for each meal.
Why should you follow this advice? look at well fed tribes that eat the same exact way. perfect skin, athletic bodies, well developed facial structure. But prove me wrong. Eat this way for a year and show me a photo before and after (assuming you are still in puberty). You will ascend just like i did
