I've seen a lot of threads claiming Carnivore / Animal Based diets are not optimal for muscle hypertrophy and recovery when compared to a diet high in carbohydrates and protein which is mostly true,
HOWEVER, something that people need to acknowledge is that many of the key looksminns people deal with isn't their frame.
Many modern people deal with things like acne, eczema, chronic inflammation, very weak hormonal profiles, gut damage, Etc.
A Carnivore diet will easily improve these issues and many others in most people.
It's extremely ridiculous to me that you try and prescribe a diet that could be great for 25% of people however accentuate the issues of the majority.
