i try to run when i can. the same path each time roughly 2 miles, and always try run it faster than last time

making decent progress. started at 19 minutes 21 seconds, now its 15 minutes 14 seconds

train boxing everyday with my brother, working on defense at the moment.

i want to get to the point where we cant touch eachother, invincible, impossible to get beat up

anyone have any boxing advice or advice on how to improve my run time?
