Understanding the Purpose of Bone
The most important part of your physical attractiveness is not your skin, hair, clavicles, dick, eyebrows, eyelashes, leanness, eye color or even height. It’s the bones in your face.
Firstly you must understand that the younger you are the more impactful this thread will be but don’t think that you can’t ascend even after 18.

correctly developed facial bone structure is so incredibly rare in 2025 that you will without exaggeration be 1 in 10,000 solely with correct development.
Here is the facial change I went through in the span of 2 years.
Diet
The base of the pyramid. The most important part which every other part of this guide will rely on to work is diet. If you are choosing to eat anything outside of these foods in a raw or undercooked form you are choosing to be ugly
- grass fed organic red meat
- pasture raised egg yolk
- wild caught fish
- grass fed dairy
- high quality fruit
- high quality honey
If you don’t have access to high quality raw dairy you may substitute for egg shells for the bioavaible calcium
Facial Exercises
There are many different exercises which you can use however I will be going over the ones which I believe have an impact and genuinely work. Some of these might be considered as there is not enough evidence backing it up however it’s better to still try because you will only be young for so long.
Chewing
People dismiss chewing because it can cause TMJ and other jaw issues however it’s easily the best way to improve your facial bone structure. The amount of force your jaw can produce is far far greater than what your hands can do while thumb pulling. Just make sure to not over do it. People that chew gum have more bone. Look around yourself
Thumbpulling
Pretty self explanatory. Basically a weaker version of an expander. My palate is now 50mm jfl. You can also push forward for the maxilla. Use a plier for best results
Massage
Make sure you massage your face every night in a hot shower. Especially around the jaw
Bonesmashing
Not really an exercise but my zygos grew so much from this. I’m still trying my chin and orbitals but not noticing as much growth.
Activity
Your gymcel routine should be
dips+pullups
shoulder press+row
ez bar curl+laying tricep extension
The straining of the face and hormone from working out MIGHT help. Probably not much but at least choose better options not soy machines
You might want to try sprints. Not sure if they are good but I do them because they are hyped up
Competing in sports and WINNING will be incredible for your testosterone therefore DHT. Be competitive
Make sure to do your sport outside in the sun as naked as possible. 1h a day minimum. 2 hours if it’s cloudy. If it’s too cold then take a hot both after
HORMONES
I could have gone more into the relationship between DHT, IGF-1, Estrogen in increasing bone mass and keeping growth plates opened however you autists don’t need more information. You need to apply yourself and follow the diet and training set out for you. The diet combined with this activity will surely optimise your hormones.
