1. are jaw exercises cope for getting a more defined jawline?
2. is there any way to change your canthal tilt naturally?
3. is filler better than implants if i were to hardmax?

i am a grey but i am trying to learn more

ive been considering getting filler to compensate for my weak bonemass but i heard it can migrate and do damage so i was considering implants as well but surgery is invasive so im not really sure what to do.

chewing hard gum could make your jaw look better, only if u dont have inward gonions tho. you cant change your cantal tilt naturally but you can do multiple things so it wont look so bad(if u have slight negative cantal tilt). fillers are shit cuz they migrate and you would need to get them again and again, just get implants

i heard fat grafting is good too whats ur opinion on that?

When you think of jaw exercises do you also account for the hyoid bone and thyroid? You can get a more defined jaw line by just having tight hyoid muscles

Do you have a specific routine for training neck or can I just train it like any other muscle

Just make it tight not big thats the key. Mewing helps to keep it up and retain tightens that’s why people say you get a jaw line from it. You can swallow all the way to the back multiple times a day especially when eating or drinking. If you have controll over the suprahyoid then you can just press it upwards and over time you will get benefit from it. It won’t make it super high if you have a extremely low set hyoid but it’ll help. You can also do chin tucks on the side of your bed with focus on tucking your neck in and not mowing you head upwards you can search up some studies done using these techniques on the elderly and it worked good for them
