A Dentist told me i have an overbite, should i get braces?

So basically I was required to do an oral check up so I did. I got the results and the dentist told me that I have an overbite, I didn't even notice i have an overbite and I thought my teeth was normal and she suggested that I should get braces. Should I get braces?

basicly means ur chins recessed, only get braces if they dont remove teath, ask them if they will expand your pallet.

She told me that my overbite isn't that severe and its just only a "little bit of an overbite " and idk about my pallet i have been mewing (might be cope) since i was 11 and now im 15

if its mild i dont think the annoyance of braces is worth it
