If I had a few mm of upward growth of the maxilia I would have good undereye support perfect harmony bertter lips better smile better nose and midface support better eye area better everything. But no god decided to make me ALMOST good looking what a cruel world

Yes a few mm impact the face massively.

If my nose was just a few mm smaller then I'd probably live a happy life. My nose is what started my insecurity about my face and it just got worse from there
