A few moments of no back pain made me hate my life even more

Today randomly my back didnt hurt now my back hurts most of the time but sometimes not really, or so I thought for over a year maybe 2+ ive had constant back pain and turns out it was 100% of the time something just switched and my back felt no pain I legit felt like I was on drugs or something it didn't hurt It felt so amazing like a fucking soft pillow possessed my back and made movements easy and painless my legs felt lighter aswell idk why but I legit felt so amazing it barley lasted and now i hate my life more because I see what I could feel like

I have chronic back pain accompanied by atleast one other joint or something that hurts 24/7 all throughout sports i had to take lots of Tylenol and ibuprofen it barley helps idk ig im fragile I just want all the pain to stop

i got a stress fracture from playing football in my spine and the pain has never went away no matter how long i rest
