Just want to help some of you poor dogs out that don't have hunter eyes yet.
I never had hunter eyes until I turned 19, I had like the craziest upper eyelid exposure and literally 4 months went by and I got hunter eyes.
IT IS SIMPLE!
The most important thing is:
Reduce your bodies inflammation. -> lymphatic system can work properly. Your lymphatic system is responsible for the liquid that is above your eyes (These fat deposists above your eyes are filled with lymphatic fluid!) For example When you wake up in the morning with hunter eyes but throughout the day you lose them, then your lymphatic system probably doesn't work perfectly. A sign is also when you have assymetrical eyes (One hunter eye, but the other one shows more upper eyelid.
So how can you fix that? Always remember Health = Looks
NEVER EAT CARBS AGAIN!!!!
THis was literally the thing that ascended me the most, also in terms of gut health, which is bascially looks. HEALTH = LOOKS
Never eat rice, pasta, pizza, or whatever, bread, omg so many bad substances that just spike your bodies inflammation and make your lymphatic system go crazy.
Eat a ton of meat, raw liver, a lot of eggs, raw milk, no processd shit, fruits every now and then, but not too much!
The next important thing is I also had upper eyelid exposure more on the left side because I would always rise my eyebrows on my left eye, just out of muscle memory or whatever.
Dont raise your eyebrows in general, Not one side, not the other. You don't want to look like a shocked baby with huge eyes.
So eye posture is really important. IF you catch yourself strain your forehead muscles, massage it and close your eyes. You dont want to build muscles up there. It looks unhealthy and stressed. Most of the time when we strain these muscles in the forehead area we are pretty much stressed or whatever.
And what also helped me ascend but not that important was BPC 157 against your bodies inflammation and GHK CU for more collagen production. But its not a must have.
If you are a cry baby that wont eat raw liver or raw egg yolks then go cry with your baby prey eyes.
I literally had prey eyes and changed it within 4 months.
