At our school, we have an event where they choose a King and Queen. Basically, the King is supposed to be the most handsome guy, and the Queen is supposed to be the prettiest girl.
In our first year, there were only about 80 students in our class. There were only around 18 girls, and the rest were boys. So, they wanted to form around 15 couples, and they chose people for the couples by voting.
Even though it was technically a vote, if you really think about it, it was basically random because there weren't that many people to choose from. And somehow, I ended up being one of the people selected.
The girl I was paired with was the girl who got matched with me. But she cried because she said she didn't want to be paired with me. Here the picture of us during that event.
