a funny thing about inverted pictures

When I see my inverted face I notice lots of assimetrys that I simply cant perceive when I look at the mirrored image
like, since I saw my inverted picture and noticed my assimetry, then I should be able to perceive those same assimetrys
in the mirrored images since im know aware of all of it, but no matter how hard I try I simply cant see myself the same way

Well I actually asked if I was asymmetrical to any noticeable degree and what procedures I would need to fix it. The area in particular I"m concerned about is my lips.

I know I have some asymmetry but I'm trying to get an unbiased opinon on whether it's actually noticeable

I understand, good luck with that, hope its just BDD.

But also take care, this site is full of doctors, they may say you need surgery simply because its good for them.

bro it’s because cameras are 2 dimensional, it’s a flat image of your face and when inverted you see all the asymmetries and in irl both of our eyes make up one image that gets combined and in that process it hides some of the minor asymmetries

You're used to seeing your reflected view so it's uncanny to you. Normal to everyone else. I looked at my chadlite friends reflection in the mirror once and it was uncanny Af.
