my former therapist told me that as well.


also side note, there was this teacher assistant at my school who loved playing the guitar. My friends mom was a teacher there and she told the teacher assistant to stop playing the guitar or she would get him fired and smash his guitar.

yes, I was very depressed at the time, I knew therapy was useless, but i just wanted someone to talk to. As usual though, just a woke therapist who recommended breathing excercises and finding a hobby like playing a guitar

yeah. gotta find something to keep yourself sane i guess. Talking to a therapist, playing a guitar or anything else. until you find a real fix.
