bruh u have good base wut r u on about.

go to the gym, powerlift with good form cuz that will make ur whole frame much bigger (from my experience fastest way to gymmax)

drink more water, cut out sugary drinks and chips ( i mean it that shit legit combines to bloat ur whole fkin body )
u should be good, grow out ur hair a bit more too.

She dont like u prolly cuz ur kinda weird maybe or not good looking enough, maybe both. If ur not funny or rich or chadlite in her eyes its over.

( u cant expect results too fast, ive been going to the gym for 3.5 years and am now finally seeing the results i desired at the start )
