Jaw is law but eye area is the first thing that you look at someone, if they are striking they can easily attract anyone. So yes eye area is crucial and often underestimated

My conclusion is that it's like a ratio where both things are true: If you have a cooked jaw but crazy eye area you would be perceived as having a striking look, however if you have a crazy jaw but shitty eye area you would nevertheless be considered attractive however more in a manly way than a prettyboyish one, idk tho I'm not sure
