A Good Personality actually Matters, just not in the conventional way it is described in Popular lexicon

For men a Good Personality is -

• Not being overly dramatic or talking too much
• Don't over show emotion, be stoic
• Being able to make fun and bully women
• Having a driven life of your own self interests that you don't share
• Having respect from other men
• Being able to put her in her place (within reason not abusive)
• Not being an open book
• Being rebellious in the sense of Societal Framework
• Not being a bugman consumer Capitalist Cuck
• Not being a pussy
• Keeping the tension throughout relationship
• Keeping things spontaneous
• Taking the lead in most regards

IMO most of these things have a sweetspot and are also dependent on the girl in question. You can overdo them and its hard to know if you are underdoing or overdoing them without gathering reference experience from many social interactions.

Where I do agree, however, is that it helps alot if you are able to behave in any of these ways. That doesn't mean that you always behave like that though.
