Bullshit. All you need is retin-a or retinol, exfoliator and moisturizing product. You need no stupid oils or estrogens. Besides, skincare products are not even necessary for a good skin. If you drink a lot of water and sleep 9h + excercise/go to sauna regularly, I will guarantee you, your skin will be great.
