For sleep: 200-400 mg of magnesium. Magnesium citrate, malate, gluconate. Not oxide because of its low absorption.
For testosterone: magnesium as mentioned already. 25-30 mg of zinc. Not too much, also consider consuming copper with zinc. Vitamin D. 2000-5000 IU per day.
Memory and focus: Blueberry. 60-120 grams of berries. Bilberry is similar and probably works too.
Mood: Zinc as directed in testosterone stack. Fish oil: either from fish (preferable) or supplements. Eat oily fish weekly. Avoid fish high in mercury.
