Basically I walk into a stall and while I’m shitting I heard this guy next to me. Moaning and I could hear him stroking it. So I left and when I saw him leave his stall I asked him, what he was doing. He tried to deny it but one of my friends caught him doing it again. To add onto this the same guy would harass and follow girls at the gym and was eventually kicked out. What makes it even more crazy in my opinion is that the guy was 17 and had been expelled in the 7th grade from his school for. Sexual assault and rape. Genuinely a waste of a human.
