A have a deviation in my jaw that makes my face asymmetrical, what can i do?

So ive had this deviation in my jaw for a long time now but not since i was born. My mom set up a dentist appointment for me but i have no idea what i would need or should reccomend to my dentist in order for me to permanently fix the problem?

i've had the same issue, but idk i just kinda embraced it. If anything crossbites are fixed by the rubber band things or smth but surgery might fix it

well i cant really "embrace" it because whenever im eating food and something gets stuck in the far back molar/wisdom tooth it makes me chew on the inside of my mouth on accident which is very annoying and causes alot of discomfort
