I’m on a journey to lose body fat and maintain lean muscle so I started tracking my calories, I had got back from the gym and was measuring my food and calculating the calories and protein.
my dad starts bombarding me with questions about what I’m doing and what’s the end goal. I replied to him multiple time saying I just want to get lean and keep my muscle, he started to say that “oh that’s dangerous you don’t have an end goal”.
he said that he thinks I’m taking it to the extreme to the point where I would be taking steroids
Anyways, to make this short he complains that me achieving these goals does not benefit anybody around me because I don’t know how to fix a broken switch or use construction stuff.
What made me cackle is that he said if I get a wife and the construction guy comes to fix something, she would cheat on me with him because “women like guys who can do stuff and when they see a guy who can do it, they’ll leave you for them”: he’s obsessed with the
