We have nothing in common, i have no idea what to say to him yet he keeps contacting me and asking to hang out. Everytime he contacts me it spikes my cortisol but im too high inhib to block him or tell him to fuck off. What do i do?

if you can't just ghost him then respond to him super slowly and start talking to him less and less. If he asks to hang just say you are busy working. Eventually he'll get the message and just move on.
