True all in all. Also something to think about is that real confidence is about beind delusional. If you are only confident because of your social status and looks then you aren't really confident because you can lose those things and become insecure again.
True confidence, and by association low-inhibidness, comes from being truly comfortable in your skin with whoever you are regardless of the outside circumstances.

Good take. I used to not feel worthy when I was a teen. As I gotten older I've gotten more mentally strong and now I feel worthy all day everyday not simply because I look better but I know its important to feel it as a whole in everyday tasks.
