if someone pays those 12 bucks to change his username, is he immune from getting banned because some idiot mod assumed he is an alt of a long gone user based on the username? really don't want to pay just to get banned in 3 days

good. i never did anything serious anyway, just didnt exactly understand the rules about deleting and coming back. whenever a new mod/s would come, they woud apply it differently, so i got fucked. for the record, i m not talking about multiple accs at once, just coming back after getting unjustly banned
