Her supra orbitals are way too developed for a female. And her eyebrows are straight and not arched. Both of this features are masculine not feminine.

she had ugly nasolabial folds caused by recessed lefort 1 area. she also had a very masculine wide tall chin, and a protrusive mandible. her chin muscle was also very visible, and her perioral muscles are very toned wich is also masculine and a sign of aging. she also had a big browridge with a tall forehead and skull on that area. her nose was sunken because of the recessed maxila. her eyebrows were too low and forward because of the browridge. she also just looks old in general, and i fixed her
