before I go binge read all of enchanted elixirs nootropics mega thread, for those that have done A levels or AS levels, what would you recommend for memory, bio and chem are killing me

Bacopa Monnieri, 300g daily but you need to take it daily 6-8 weeks for it to be peak memory enhancement.
250mg Citicoline daily (in the morning)
L-Tyrosine 30 mins before heavy study
L-Theanine + Caffeine any study session (unless it's a heavy one, then don't use l-theanine and caffeine, just l-tyrosine

It won't help, it'll do nothing. There was a study that showed that people taking Bacopa at 5-6 weeks had no memory improvement at ALL. Like actually not at all, nada, 0%. And for the first 3 weeks you'd have a lethargic feeling with Bacopa, so obviously this is the last thing you need.
The other things I said are completely fine in this 28 day time.

Also, get a claude pro subscription, make a chat on your subject, give it your spec & mark schemes and turn it into your tutor.

Do 5hrs a week of each subject, I'm year 2 and i've been doing 25 hours a week of revision ontop of lessons since i've started and i'm predicited 3 A*s and an A

also man AP tests aren't that difficult. they are like super shallow knowledge and many subjects (like AP bio) are just common sense / reading comprehension. and keep in mind ur school is supposed to teach u, ur not supposed to study for it

Do whatever helps you to active recall content, what helped me was to just re-do the lessons I did and a day and then get claude to create me accurate exam board tests on that lesson/topic. Prioritise past papers though, and just get claude to mark long form answers as with the mark scheme he's very accurate.

It's UK. They're basically exams you take in your first (AS) and second year (A Level). I think it's like a 40/60 waiting each year. It determines whether you get in the university of your choice.

If it's Oxford or Cambridge you basically need A* in all your subjects.

yeah in america if you go to an ivy league school (basically the top 5 colleges) with a good major you are guaranteed a 500k/year starting salary. It can even be up to 1m+ / year if you focus on high demand sectors like AI or finance
