I have adjusted these points in my life and below are the results, I had a glow down then I decided I needed to get out of this shit and started taking care of myself again
1. 8-9 hours of sleep
2. less junk and processed food
3. a healthy diet with plenty of protein and vitamins
4. quite caffeine
5. 20,000 steps a day
6. 4700mg potassium daily and less sodium
7. 3-4L water daily
8. I started taking magnesium and vitamin D3 again
9. i also get a new haircut (hair dont matter)
Results: less bloating, less acne, better skin
