A LOOK INTO TAZAROTENE
In this thread, I will be talking about a specific product that many know today as Tazarotene. It is known to be generally stronger and more potent than the famous Tretinoin.
CAUTION
Please do your own research. I am not a Medical Professional nor a Doctor.

THE DIFFERENCE OF TRETINOIN AND TAZAROTENE.
These specific products are heavily talked, and argued about. Tazarotene is generally used to treat psoriasis, (a skin disease in which red and scaly patches are created on some areas of the body). Both Tazarotene and Tretinoin are retinoids and both powerful but on different stages. Tazarotene is a stronger and more potent synthetic retinoid, while Tretinoin is a first-generation natural retinoic acid. Overall, Tazarotene takes the lead in both acne and sun damage.

TAZAROTENE GEL INGREDIENTS (INCLUDING INACTIVE ONES)
Active Ingredients: Tazarotene 0.05% (w/w)
Preservative: Benzyl alcohol 1% (w/w)
Inactive Ingredients: Ascorbic acid; butylated hydroxyanisole; butylated hydroxytoluene; carbomer homopolymer type B; edtate disodium; hexylene glycol; poloxamer 407; polyethylene glycol 400; polysorbate 40; purified water; and tromethamine.

Might be useless but its okay.

TAZAROTENE USES
Although Tazarotene is used to treat psoriasis, it is heavily acknowledged for the acne treatment. Tazarotene is commonly used to reduce facial wrinkling (anti-aging) and discoloration in patients who are also using other skin care and sunlgiht avoidance programs.

WHAT IT DOES AND THE FORMS
This product works to treat acne and psoriasis by slowing skin cell overgrowth and decreasin skin cell inflammation, which can lead to acne or psoriasis. It reduces facial wrinkles or fold and also discoloration by causing an increase of thickness of the outer skin layers. Tazarotene can come in creams, foams, and gels to apply on the skin. Use once a day in the evening and use it around the same time every day. Make sure to always see how you react to Tazarotene. Having a high dose or a higher concentration like 0.1% speeds up your skin cell renewal and also reduces inflammation more strogly, but it can also raise the risks of severe local skin irritation, intense peeling, burning and stinging sensation, and marked redness. Also allergies can increase these too. Honestly you can dnr the side effects.

HOW TO USE IT
Wash and gently dry your face with a mild cleanser. Wait around 10 to 20 minutes to ensure that your skin is completely dry (Honestly just wait a little). Dab a pea-sized amount across your forehead, cheeks, nose, chin, then gently spread it around your face. Try avoiding your eyes, lips, and the corners of your nose. Usually after using Tazarotene, it is best to use a Moisturizer to avoid dryness and peeling (best if it has a SPF label). Always make sure to apply a sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher every morning whether you're inside or if it is cloudy. Make sure to reapply every two hours if you are spending a long period of time outdoors.
