A lot of acne breakouts since starting a new job

I started a new job almost a month ago, I have never been blessed with clear skin but since starting my new job I’ve been getting mad breakouts on both my face and body.
I work from 8-12 hours per day where I’m constantly carrying heavy shit and walking a lot. What should I do? Winter is starting to come to an end and I will not be able to wear a beanie for not long and if this shit don’t go away I’ll be looking like a full face pizza

Ppl rarely care ab acne if it's not severe. If you are goodlooking asf and have acne, it won't affect your smv that much. Acne just sucks because you hate looking at it yourself. When I used to look in the mirror, I hated myself so fucking much even tho ppl rarely commented on it or it didn't...
