Drank 2 cups of green tea in the morning and ate like 400 cals of fish. Fucking seciated as fuck, 7 hours later ate banan egg pancake with greek yogurt, and green tea again, super seciated.

im very able to self control man. I just have these days once like a month where i dont know why but im like fuck it and just keep eating more and more food to where i eat an insane amount of food in a day to unstock the fridge jfl. I havent rebounded up in weight from what i lost, and when i wake up tommorow i would have went down 1kg.

I know I can have whatever food i want, i could make space for it tommorow, etc. missing out on some food or some shit never mattered its just the extreme hunger that kills me and makes me eat like crazy. If i just drink my teas i dont have that shit.
