between 18-20, i got lots of shit from my parents because i didnt have friends. it was impossible for them to understand that there was noone to socialize with because im a midwit and midwits are rare.
my mom would always tell me about how her collegues' sons were going to trips with friends and girlfriends while i had nothing. they would, a lot of times, start scolding me with no warning.
as a result, i spent lots of time in my room by myself. i had noone to talk to. l began fapping when i was 20 due to frustration on every level. then, i began chasing women, trying to get approval from them through sex. I got nothing, only more frustration.
I was mentally better when i was 19 years old. More normal and well adjusted even compared to normies.
