The guy you posted is both right and wrong in his interpretation, and the Greek-Aryan thing is a strawman. Indo-Aryan/Iranic languages can be considered endogenous to the Middle East and India due to having evolved there, but remain a branch of the Indo-European language group.

Proto-Indo-European speaking populations predate Aryans, and the genetic studies (beyond paternal haplogroup analysis) are pretty conclusive in regards to the original Indo-Europeans not being from India, but from the Eurasian steppe. Indo-Iranic languages like Sanskrit are similar to European languages because they both derive from Proto-Indo-European - not because European languages derive from Indo-Iranic.

Also, he is totally wrong about the term 'Aryan' applying to all Indians as the concept of a united pluralistic Indian nation did not exist and groups were fracturing along tribal or ethnic lines. During the time of the Rigveda the caste system existed along a tribal divisions, with the only varnas being arya (Indo-Aryans split/deriving from earlier Indo-European populations, 'nobility') and dasa (Indian Aboriginals, enemies). Defeat of, gradual assimilation of, and occasional intermarriage with mostly the select/influential dasa individuals led to the development of additional ethnic class distinctions for the mixed population.
