A maxillofacial specialist said my maxilla was not recessed but I swear it is

When I was getting my wisdom teeth out, the dude who did it was also a maxillofacial specialist and I asked him about it when I was under, he said my maxilla was fine, but I swear it isn't. My cheekline doesn't line up with my nose and my nose has a bump, but its not like a flat nose like a mouth breather would have, its projected out far, and my dad and brother have it so its probably genetic (their maxillas aren't recessed). Around my undereyes is darker but not recessed infraorbitals, and I have slight lines around my mouth. TDLR: I have all the signs of someone with a recessed maxilla but I don't have a flat side profile, and someone who specialises in maxillas said mine was fine. Am i just hyperfocusing?

u have a long face because of mouth breathing ur maxilla is not quote on quote recessed but grew downward along with the mandible, I have the same thing. the fix is u need either to get a bimax, which is extreme unless ur deformed unlike what people here tell u or do what I will and fraud a bimax, with fat grafts, genio, rhino, infraorbital implants easier and you don't need to wear braces for 2 years.

u don't need to have an extreme long face but if u got scans they would measure ur thirds etc and if u got what im saying ur lower third would be a bit longer compared to the rest of ur face ur surgeon did not look closely or is not that interested if u want the truth get scans and they analyse those u will know what's ur problem fr , mark as solution boyo !
