Eat enough protien and go in a calorie deficit. Focus on gymmaxing. An immediate change you can get is a good haircut. Cut down to 70-72 kgs and you will be good. Focus on dressing better and feeling better about yourself. You should be good in some time.

You can do alot of stuff but idk if you'll actually ascend alot, ur not subhuman but ltn though.

Try losing weight, skin care, thickening your eyebrows/lashes, different hairstyle, changing your diet (helps in debloating), different style.

For hardmaxes, you'll really need to lose weight so you can see what you a ctually look like.
