Having a relationship in your 30s isn't a bad thing. Dating anyone over 30 isn't some dedicated marked hill of decline for physical wellness. Not every woman "experiments" in her 20s and more guys do so than you're acknowledging.

Once you fully and actually dedicate yourself to your own health and hobby(ies), having joined a community where the goal is to share or learn something about your hobby or skill from each other and make friends, that's when you'll find yourself in a relationship. When you break the habit of focusing on how "in their prime" a person is and more on the traits that make a person a good friend especially in the ways that you also reciprocate as a good friend... That's when you'll find yourself being in a relationship. When your expectations are most importantly about how a person looks instead of how they treat others around them, you're setting yourself up for failure. Learn to be a good friend before pretending you'll
ever be a good partner.

How not? Being alone mogs being around others. It's fine to be around others occasionally, but you need your private time alone. Then the sexual side. Most people wouldn't be in relationships without that. That's a complete scam and way of weakening men. It's obviously physically disgusting, which is why you have post nut clarity. But from a lifemaxxing perspective, it's also terrible. Drains your energy and completely corrupts your mind.

Relationships are encouraged because it generates money, the same for having kids, and also keeps the society running. By having relationships and, certainly, children, you are sacrificing yourself and your freedom to "contribute to society". While on the other hand, humans have done that way too much now that we aren't dying out, and there are too many of us. So actually the best thing you can do for the world and yourself is to not have children, and for yourself further is to stay celibate. But obviously this isn't encouraged by those without your best interests at heart
