A Mistake Looksmaxers Make

I only take supplements i need for medical reason do you think they are cope too? If i have a low value for example
 
Too much supps destroy yout liver the best are: the stuff you listed + melatonin and maybe MSM. I would also cycle alls like 3 months on supps then one month no supps etc

I've been looksmaxing for a while, and I've learned a lot. Here are one of the things I have learned.

1. Thinking supplements are the key to ascension IS COPE.

I've spent $300 dollars on supplements, most supplements don't work. They either aren't bioavailable or overhyped and overrated.
Ironically, vitamins are more effective. The ones that have given me results are...

  • Vitamin A (retinol) for preventing acne.
    • I would take 100,000 IUs every night and it would help accelerate the disappearance of acne, but it makes your face dry, and you wake up looking like you have had a partial chemical peel.
  • Vitamin D3 + K2 (MK4 or MK7)
    • Increases bone mass, my bone mass has changed.
  • Omega 3 Fatty Acids
    • Reduced occurrence of acne.

I would suppose MSM, N-Acetyl Cysteine, Sunflower Lecithin, and Potassium Citrate work since I hear a lot about anecdotal evidence of them working.
The biggest thing that will change your looks is anything that will change your morphology. Supplements are almost always not the way to do that.
How much k2 and d3 did you dose daily

D3 - 10,000 IU
K2 MK7 - 500mcg
Google says MK-7 is superior to MK-4 because it stays in the body longer. Users in the forum say MK-4 is superior because it comes from animal sources while MK-7 has its origins in plants and soy. What do you think? I want to hop on D3 + K2. Do you have any brand recommendations BTW?

I take them seperately, and I take MK7 since it lasts longer and has more bioavailability.

I don't know what you are referring to here, could you explain?
I have a separate vitamin bottle for D3, and a different one for K2 MK7.

supps are good to address deficiency, general health and to up/downregulate hormones, in certain cases, def not a cope but their use is overhyped on this forum, especially people shilling trace metal supps lol
