Bone vibration is constated to be a factor of increasing bone density and muscle resistance/tonification aswell (especially for the deep ones)

U know already that the sports of contact and forces (like march/running, musculation, boxing) improve bone density by repeted bone vibration process or bone torsion process but can have a detrimental effect on articulations and more if the activity is not done or managed properly with certain adds or by repeated high intensity shocks
Also these sports don't improve much deep muscles areas and we know that soliciting these areas of muscles can improve posture and manage the cervical/spine load (u can gain a certain amount of height or maintaining ur current height)
Also it can relax muscles like a stretching session after workout (more quick recuperation so with a bonus session on bone density) and it is better overall for articulations because the shocks intensity and amplitude of movement is limited and controlled
There is even maybe an impact on facial bones with a certain treshold of intensity of vibration
So keep away the bone resorption process by aging or even improve it by this method (this process is not enough to counteract aging resorption of course u need some other processes at sides but it can stabilize it)
