:feelsuhh::feelsuhh::feelsuhh:Hahah did u believe? No, no amount of hgh or igf-1 gonna do any thing for ur face , don’t believe me?

Look at this picture. It's a study showing the effect of very high levels of IGF-1, approximately 0.24 mg/kg. Just as a reference, a normal child produces about 0.05 mg/kg of IGF-1. After six years, no, no noticeable bone changes with the naked eye from the frontal side. All we see is fat under the chin, very large nasal enlargement, and strange soft tissue enlargement. No prominent cheekbones, no wide lower jaw, just a fish-like face due to the soft tissue enlargement:feelsuhh:

my new post gonna be science based a complete debunk for hgh for face , stop spreading placebo science, and giving people fake hope Telling people the truth is better than giving them false hope.

lad u are letting ur neuroticism get to you. if you spent half the time u did writing all these "IT DOESN'T WORK" threads on something physicality related you would probably be getting somewhere

Androgens and GH effecting facial bone structure isn't some fringe concept its widely accepted medical commonplace

what about acromegaly cases. They have supraphysiological amounts of hgh (and therefore igf-1) and their facial bones get larger and bigger

There are studies online about that and i wanna read them. But they only show u the summary and not detailed. To see it, one must pay 40 euros. Is there a way to access them without paying?

This image is of a patient with Laron syndrome treated with exogenous IGF-1 for several years. In this case, the problem is not a lack of IGF-1, but an embryonic defect. Not to mention that without GH, the expected response is low; GH increases the sensitivity of the PI3K-AKT and MAPK pathways, without it, IGF-1 binds, but its intracellular signal is weaker. Another important point: the most important IGF-1 for bone is not the hepatic IGF-1, but rather the IGF-1 produced locally by osteoblasts, periosteal cells, and chondrocytes.

Again, send link of study. Dont post things involving studies, without giving the link to the study. Thats stupid
