Working in the service industry has shown me a lot about how people function. You must remember, the service industry is the lowest of the low for work in the western developed world. Yet even so, the lust for power amongst these retards is so fucking apparent. They backstab and shit talk eachother to the manager in order to try and rise that little bit higher to become a supervisor.
A supervisor in a fast food restaurant

They have never known real responsibility in their lives and would crumble the moment they actually got it. They just lack the vital essence for it.
Meanwhile I was a mod on lookism.net and took that responsibility in my stride 
. I was a just and fair mod and everyone was happy when I was in charge. Why? Because I have the vital essence required for it. I don't look to beat people down or walk on top of someone. I like to be left alone.
