Still unlikely but at a 10-15% chance or so of happening right now. If Putin decides to attack a NAVO country the west will be obliged to counter-attack. At that point Putin will 100% use nuclear weapons because he knows he cannot win with conventional warfare. It all comes down if Putin decides to attack Estonia; Poland... It is reported Putin has mental health issues and gone mad. A couple of nuclear bombs could kill 1 billion people. Russia has around 6000 nuclear bombs

even in a country like russia with a dictator, its not just 1 leader who decides whether nuclear bombs are thrown or not, its multiple people and if just 1 declines, it wont happen
