Looksmaxxers & bodybuilders have a lot of overlap in terms of their drug usage especially since many of us in this community care about building a good physique as well as improving our faces.
Both bodybuilders & looksmaxxers use AAS/PEDs, diuretics, and stimulants/fat burners for getting lean. It’s common for people to be overly paranoid about the health of their LIVER, but not concerned enough about what’s happening to their KIDNEYS.
The liver is a large and tough organ, its capacity to repair and regenerate itself is far better than the kidneys. Bodybuilders die from kidney problems much more often than they die from liver problems. Most in this community aren’t blasting ridiculous bodybuilding doses of these drugs; but a lot of people on this forum very casually recommend the use of AAS, strong diuretics, strong stimulants/fat burners, etc, often in combination with each other. This can be very stressful on the kidneys.
