Isadora is the goddess of the morning star. The poem:
O sweet Isadôra, fair light of pale blue
Wherefore dost thou leave to reappear anew?
Wherefore dost thou wander a lonely pass through?
When thy lamp shinest brighter than all of heaven's queue
Whither dost thou go when night yearns thy fair view?
Isadôra, so pure and sweet, I light a candle cue
A candle 'til thou hast returned unto thy statue
Unto morning's light thy lamp ever returneth true
And then each day I watch thou sleep
And fade into the blue.
