A possible substitute for accutane?

I got sent my way by two dermatologists that did not feel the need to prescribe me accutane, and I am not exactly counting on the third one to prescribe me it, so would any of you fellows be kind enough to let me know of a possible substitute for accutane? Consider that I have mild acne.

Tbh I popped all my whiteheads before going to the derm so shit was enflamed and looks worse to get accutane but I expected to get it anyway just do that if you want
