Then, pour the blended liquid in a pot and add some water. Heat it up.

Wait until it gets hot and then put it in a cup and enjoy.

By the way, it's SPICY!

I drink ginger tea a lot & it does nothing, it's the hot water that relaxes your larynx causing the deeper voice, just like yawning or straight after waking up.

You will achieve the same effect with plain hot water.

In fact, most singers are recommended to drink it before recitals to sooth the voice.
