It has to do something with the inner and outer shape of eye sockets. Some people's outer part is significantly wider than inner part which create "spreaded" ( idk how to name it look).
In real life I noticed one guy whose pfl at first seems to be insanely long but when you are going to look closer its the shape of his orbitals that give the illusion
Here case from @RealSurgerymax where eye socket is far wider despite no tripod.

Yes, this is referring to the lateral canthus “crease”, it’s a mega mogger trait and I believe it can be achieved.
