If PSL 4 is the mean, PSL 5 puts you one standard deviation away from it, aka you are at the 68th percentile. PSL 6 puts you two standard deviations from the mean, aka the 95th percentile. And PSL 7 puts you three standard deviations from the mean, aka 99.7th percentile. Seems about right to me
I am not sure if PSL 4 would be an appropriate place to put the mean, because based on how people are rated here the average person seems to be a bit lower. I am open to potentially setting the mean to something like 3.5, while keeping the same rule of 1 point = 1 standard deviation
