A question about Hydrocortisone

My nose is slightly too wide, like a 1.1 or 1.2 the distance between my eyes, so I want to make it a bit narrower. I was just wondering if using hydrocortisone can change the shape of your nose from the side profile- my nose is slightly upturned and I don't want to lose that.

Might be a stupid question but I couldn't find anything about it on any of the threads about hydrocortisone.
